BHA INSPECTION SERVICES We offer BHA Inspection services on all drilling components utilized in the industry. Bottom Hole Assembly otherwise known as BHA inspections are carried out as per latest editions of DS-1 Cat 3-5 and API guidelines.
BHA inspections services include: Visual Inspections, Thread Gauging, Wet and Dry Magnetic Particle Inspection. Dimensional Inspection
Optional service of refacing if required can be provided.
We have fleets of BHA Inspection units that are available in our tubular goods inspection facility and can also be moved to clients’ facility. Upon completion reports are generated and can be verified on web for ease of access. Hard copies of reports are issued to clients.

Drill Pipes Inspection
ODK provides a full range of drill pipes inspection on sizes ranging from 2-3/8″ to 6-5/8” in accordance with DS-1 standards, API guidelines and customers’ specification.
Our state of the art EMI units are dual-function units with Hall Effect sensors. As they are all mobile units our inspection technicians are able to move units to different drilling rigs and other work locations at short notice.
We inspect new and used drill pipes using the latest techniques and top-of-the-line equipment. Our professional inspectors follow industry standard guidelines, are certified in accordance with industry-specific standards and follow documented Standard Operating Procedures. Upon completion of inspection, customers receive full detailed inspection reports completed by our inspectors which can be verified online.
Casing And Tubing Inspection
DS -1/ NS 2/ API INSPECTION STANDARDS -1
Used casing and tubing inspection is carried out in accordance with API Spec 5CT. The general scope shall include: OD Blasting, ID Cleaning, Spot Wall Thickness Measurements, Grade Sorting, EMI on Body (Tubing), Visual Thread Inspection, Full Length Drifting, Black Light Inspections, Pressure Testing, B Bucking Services, Inventory Control, Pipe Yard Management, Stock Maintenance
